Position cards: a printed card for each player, with just their job on every play

A play card shows every run on the play, and for a young player that's a lot of lines to find their own in. Now you can hand each player a card that only shows what they do.

One card per position

Open a playbook and press Position cards. You'll see every position in your plays, named the way your markers are: QB, X, GS, or a number like 7. Tick the ones you want and press Download PDF.

Each position gets its own pages. Every play in the playbook is on them, in your order, with that player's run in full colour and everyone else faded into the background. If you gave the player a job on the play ("Read the safety", "Clear out the corner"), it's printed under the diagram. If you didn't, there's a line to write one in. A play that position isn't in still gets a box saying so, so play 5 sits in the same place on every card.

A QR code at the top opens the whole playbook, so a player can scan their card and watch the plays move.

Label your markers first

Cards are named after what's on the marker. If some markers have no label or number, they'll print as "Player 3" and so on, matched by the order you placed them, which isn't always the same player from play to play. The dialog tells you when this happens and links straight to the editor so you can label them.

Pro

Position cards are part of Pro. On a free account you can print a one-page sample of one position, with a small playmaker.click mark, so you can see what you'd be handing out. You can also try one on a starter playbook, with no account, on the free position card maker.
