Placing players on a phone is quick again

Laying out a shape on a phone should be as fast as you can tap. It was not: the player panel opened after every tap, on top of the pitch, so your next taps landed on the panel and placed nobody, and one could even hit the bin and remove a player.
What changed
- Placing a player no longer opens the panel. Tap empty turf as many times as you like, and you get that many players.
- Tap a player to open it. The number, position, job and remove buttons are all still there. On a phone the panel now sits below the pitch (or above it, if that is where the room is) instead of on top of your players.
- Removing a player can be undone. After you remove one, a small Player removed · Undo message appears. Tap Undo and they are back where they were, number and job included.
- A quick double tap on a player no longer removes them. Double-click to remove still works with a mouse.
