Pause Pro for the off-season instead of cancelling

Coaching has seasons, and paying for months you are not coaching never made sense. Now you can pause Pro instead of cancelling it.

How to pause

Go to Billing and choose Pause or cancel. Pick how long — anything from one to six months — and you will see the exact date billing starts again before you confirm. That is it: nothing is charged while you are paused.

What happens to your plays

Nothing. Every play you have saved stays in your playbook, and you can still open, share and print all of them. While Pro is paused your account works like a free one: you can edit your first three plays and save up to three. Anything past that shows a Resume Pro button, so getting it all back is one tap.

Coming back

Pro resumes by itself on the date you chose, on your usual plan. We send you a short email a week before, so it is never a surprise. Want it back sooner? Resume Pro now on the Billing page starts it straight away.

If you really are leaving, Cancel in the billing portal is still right there on the same page.
